Thinking about our thoughts

When I think about things I want to do in life or things that will make me happy, I automatically think I cant do it or think up reasons to talk myself out of it.

Why is this?
Why do I limit myself at every turn?

I feel as though I don’t deserve what I want or I cant afford something. These insecurities all come from a sense of lack. I am always afraid I don’t have enough or I’m not good enough.
